Those present were: Jim Moore Safety Committee Chairman, Scott Garrett Committee member, Jesse Starkey Mayor, Mark Manlove Solicitor and Jack DeSalvo Police Chief.

The minutes of the Jan. 2005 safety meeting were approved.

During our discussion about the parking ordinance, it was decided that Mark would have two parking ordinance changes ready for council's approval at the Feb. 9 council meeting.

One Ordinance will address the penalty for parking violations and the other address no parking of large commercial truck in residential districts.

Concerning the Village junk ordinance Mark is to change the wording to make it more clear on the Village Police Department right to have junk and vehicles removed to a location designated by the Mayor.
