The Windham Village Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing Tuesday, June 23rd, 2020 starting at 6:30 p.m. This is a virtual meeting over the internet using the application called Zoom. The Board of Zoning Appeals will consider a variance application submitted by Windham Family Housing LP for 9108 Maple Grove Road. PPN 41-057-10-00-064-001.
The request is seeking permission to vary from Section 1165.05(a) Front yard fencing height requirement, and Section 1165(e) Fencing material requirement of the Village of Windham Zoning Resolution.
Material related to this request will be available for viewing at the Village Administration Building at 9083 N. Main St., Windham Ohio.
