Application for a Replat: Maurina Collins
Maurina Collins has applied for a replat of two parcels. The parcels include Auditor Parcel Numbers (APN) 41-057-10-00-074-001 and 41-057-10-00-075-001 owned by Maurina Sue Collins and Maurice Edward Hankins. The parcels are located at 8988 and 8980 Maple Grove Road in the Village of Windham and are located within the R-2 Residential Zoning District. The replat will consolidate both parcels into a 0.9359-acre parcel.
The applicant has submitted the required application fee and an application for a replat which includes a survey and a legal description.
2. Application for a Replay: Portage County Land Reutilization Coproration
The Portage County Land Bank has applied for a replat of two parcels. The parcels include Auditor Parcel Numbers (APN) 41-050-00-00-007-000 and 41-0505-00-00-017-000 owned by Portage County Land Reutilization Corp. The parcels are located at 10566 State Route 303 in the Village of Windham and are located within the R-4 Residential Zoning District. The replat will consolidate both parcels into a 0.9973-acre parcel.
The applicant has submitted the required application fee and an application for a replat which includes a survey and a legal description.
